Returning or Exchanging Items
We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you. Please follow the steps below for returns and exchanges.
- Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.
- We will gladly refund merchandise (including online orders) returned within 90 days of purchase.
- Returned merchandise must be in its original condition.
- Items returned by mail must include a valid return merchandise authorization number given by one of our Ministry Care representatives. To obtain a return merchandise authorization number please contact our Ministry Care department at (855) REASONS / (855) 732-7667 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- Refunds for returned products will be issued using the original method of payment. Credit card refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Check refunds will be mailed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the returned item(s).
- Downloadable item(s) are non-refundable.
- We are unable to refund the original shipping or return postage charges unless the item is being returned due to our error.

How to Return Item by Mail
- Re-package the product and include a copy of the original packing slip, your telephone number and email address (so that we may contact you regarding any issues with your return) and the return merchandise authorization number, (obtained from a Ministry Care representative).
